In Secula Seculorum

Most of us here are Roman Rite Catholics, though there are some who are Syro-Malabar Rite Catholics, and some who follow the Ambrosian Rite, etc. Within the Roman Rite, Mass can be celebrated in the familiar ‘Ordinary’ way that we are used to, or in the ‘Extraordinary’ Form which is celebrated in the ancient liturgical language of Latin. The history and the shape of this Rite has a beauty and a richness which will be explored in a short presentation this Wednesday at 5.15pm followed by a celebration of Low Mass for St Raphael, Dominican Rite, in the Extraordinary Form at 5.30pm. Everyone is welcome.
